Terms of use

Klibon provides affiliate tracking, attribution and statement software and, where a merchant has enabled managed payouts, instructs Stripe to charge that merchant and pay their affiliates. Those funds are held and moved by Stripe. Klibon does not itself receive or hold affiliate payouts, and is not a bank or a payment institution.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your email account, the accuracy of information you submit and activity performed through your Klibon session.

Using Klibon

You may not use Klibon for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or fraudulent activity. Additional merchant and affiliate terms apply when you act in either role.

Availability

Klibon is provided as available. Features and limits may evolve, but changes do not alter commissions already recorded under an earlier rule.
