Does Klibon take a percentage of commissions?

No. Paid plans are a flat monthly fee billed to you. If you let Klibon pay your affiliates, a 3% processing fee is added on top of the commissions and paid by you. Affiliates always receive the full commission.

Does Klibon pay my affiliates?

On Growth and Scale, yes: each month Klibon charges your saved card and pays your affiliates through Stripe. On Free, you pay them yourself and mark the statement as paid. Either way the statement is the record.

What does the processing fee cover?

Accepted Answer

Card processing, payouts to each affiliate's bank, identity checks and failed-payment handling, all run by Stripe. The 3% is charged to you on top of the commissions Klibon pays out. Their bank or a currency conversion may apply its own charges.

Question 4

Which affiliates can Klibon pay?

Accepted Answer

Affiliates with a Stripe account in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, the US or Canada, on statements in USD or EUR. Everyone else stays on the manual path, in the same Payouts tab: you pay them yourself and mark the statement as paid.

Do I need a card to start?

Accepted Answer

No. The free plan needs no card and does not expire. Drafts are free and unlimited, so you can build and test a program completely before paying for anything.

Do I need a separate account for each product?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything lives under one account. Free and Growth run one product with one live program; Scale lifts that to unlimited products and programs without a second login. Drafts are free on every plan.

What happens when I upgrade?

The new plan applies immediately and the month is prorated. Anything the previous plan refused, such as a second processor or a custom tracking domain, opens up straight away.

Can I move to a smaller plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are using more than the smaller plan includes, Klibon says exactly what before making the change. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops tracking; you simply cannot add more until you are back under the line. Going back to Free means cancelling in the customer portal.

Question 9

What if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

You drop to Free, you are not shut down. Your oldest program keeps running; anything beyond what Free includes is paused, which takes it off the marketplace and stops new affiliates from joining. Tracking never stops, and everything comes back by itself once the payment goes through.
